About the Role

What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Assist clients with their needs related to transportation, banking, travel, or software issues
• Provide excellent customer support tailored to each client's requirements
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Pay & Schedule:
• $13.50 to $14.50 per hour
• Set your own schedule—freedom and flexibility to work when it suits you
• Attend mandatory training sessions (dates provided upon hire)

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Computer literate and comfortable troubleshooting issues on your PC
• Quiet home environment for uninterrupted calls
• Ability to run a computer scan and pass a background check and drug screening (fees apply)
• Available to attend all training days
• A problem solver who performs well under pressure and works collaboratively
